Sovereign Agentic AI · 2026
XSI LodeStone™ is a sovereign agentic operating system for Main Street USA, built on the AIMS framework and Linux. Designed for NVIDIA GB10 systems, including DGX Spark and RTX Spark. Core operations stay in the environment you control.
The Problem
The cloud AI promise doesn't land for businesses that operate in regulated environments, rural broadband infrastructure, or industries where data sovereignty isn't optional. They've been left out — until now.
Many businesses need to control where their data is processed. That need shapes how we build XSI LodeStone.
Running your own AI agents meant Kubernetes, GPU clusters, MLOps pipelines, and a dedicated engineering team. That's a Fortune 500 play. Small businesses and regional ISPs have none of that.
Tier 2/3 ISPs manage complex FCC compliance, network operations, and BSS/OSS stacks with lean teams. XSI LodeStone Telecom is designed around these operational needs.
The Product
LodeStone is two halves of one system: the operating system that hosts your agentic workforce on-premises, and LodeStone Helm™, the desktop app your team works in. Below is the operating system. Helm comes further down.
XSI LodeStone on DGX Spark - The AIMS Appliance is the hardware-included bundle. Shipping Q3 2026. No infrastructure team required. No cloud dependency for core operations.
The platform is built on the NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip and the XSI LodeStone Orchestrator, the same class of architecture powering enterprise AI deployments, now democratized for the businesses that need it most.
Every agent starts in Shadow Mode: it observes, recommends, and explains. You unlock autonomous operation deliberately, operation by operation. Sovereignty over your data and sovereignty over your AI: both, by design.
How It Works
LodeStone is the operating system; Helm is the app you use. Here's the whole path: host, to desktop, to working agents.
Choose your host: XSI LodeStone on DGX Spark - The AIMS Appliance, your own GB10 system, or your private cloud. It hosts your agentic workforce in the environment you control.
Each team member installs LodeStone Helm on their desktop: Windows, macOS, or Linux. It's the app your people actually open.
Helm finds your LodeStone on the network, or connects securely from off-site, and pairs with a one-time code. No accounts to wire up, no passwords to rotate.
Your team directs, reviews, and approves agents in Helm, while it learns how each person works and quietly offloads the busywork. Time, given back.
The Client
If LodeStone is where your agentic workforce lives, LodeStone Helm is how your team works with it: the desktop application for managing, directing, and collaborating with your team of agentic coworkers.
But Helm does more than manage. It quietly learns the way you actually work — your processes, your procedures, the small repetitive tasks that fill a day — and looks for ways to anticipate what you need next, lift work off your plate, and route it to your agents.
Time is the one commodity you can't get more of. Helm is built to give it back: finding real, concrete ways to save hours, cut busywork, and let your people spend their attention where it actually matters.
Helm observes your processes and procedures, building a private picture of where your hours really go, all on your own hardware.
It surfaces repetitive work before you ask, proposes handing it to your agents, and you approve with a glance. The busywork disappears; the judgment stays with you.
Every agent starts in Shadow Mode: it observes, recommends, and explains. You grant autonomy one task at a time, on your terms.
